Google Translate TTS API V2 下載翻譯語音檔

之前有介紹過[下載Google翻譯的語音檔]

但後來發現原先的參數語法，

有時候沒有辦法透過超連結直接開啟

似乎是Google Translate TTS API V2版的關係
